&lt;p>Clinicians compose questionnaires from reusable blocks, arrange them with a
dynamic layout system, and publish them to patients. Responses stream back in
real time, and practitioners get notified as patients progress through a
session — which noticeably improved engagement and completion rates.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>Built with React on the front end and a Node.js/Express API backed by

appeals, and parallel motions that each have their own state and deadlines.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>This system models a case as a graph rather than a flat checklist, so nested
processes and appeals stay linked to their parent while tracking their own
progress. That structure made status reporting accurate and auditable, and gave
the firm a clear view of where every matter actually stood.&lt;/p></description></item></channel></rss>
